Salon Bimo Fried Chicken is looking for a Deputy Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer relationship management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage key accounts and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.,Monitor account performance and provide regular reports to management.,Negotiate contracts and pricing with key accounts.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure account goals are met.,Identify and develop new business opportunities for key accounts.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts.,Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date with trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.,Proven track record of managing key accounts and increasing sales.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.,Familiarity with the food and beverage industry is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
