Local Port Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Training Officer to join our team in Jimbaran. This role is crucial in developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our workforce. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the workforce.,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and design appropriate programs.,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees, ensuring they are engaging and effective.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the development and implementation of the company's training and development strategy.,Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure the smooth execution of training activities.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
