The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and transportation management, and will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our fleet.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure they are within budget.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and generate reports as required.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.,Manage the company's vehicle tracking and telematics system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
