As our HRD Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations, overseeing all aspects of human resources management. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company's vision and values. Your daily tasks will include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. You will also be responsible for managing our HRIS system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee data.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Manage our HRIS system (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data.
• Conduct regular training and development programs for employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to align HR practices with business needs.
• Handle HR documentation and reporting, including payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations.
• Proficient in Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors, is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
