SATOSHI Ekspansindo is seeking a dedicated Personalia Staff to join our team in Singkawang. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting the overall growth and development of our employees.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting exit interviews, and managing employee benefits.,Coordinate payroll processing, including calculating salaries, deducting taxes, and ensuring timely payments.,Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and office tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
