Hotel Eko Bakery is looking for a talented and passionate Junior Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in client interactions.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.,Monitor client performance and provide regular reports and feedback to the management team.,Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to build and maintain relationships.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the F&B industry.,Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
