📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key client accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor client accounts and provide regular reports on sales performance and trends.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to key clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales and account management.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales software.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
