📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the maintenance activities of the facility, ensuring all equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks to identify and address any issues or potential problems.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
• Train and mentor junior maintenance technicians to ensure high standards of workmanship.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the facility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
