Jhaycor Industries is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in Canggu, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of production targets.,Monitor and maintain production schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.,Conduct regular inspections of production lines to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.,Train and mentor production team members to ensure high levels of performance and quality.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production processes and implement best practices.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing environment.,Provide regular reports on production performance, including output, quality, and efficiency metrics.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and production scheduling.,Proven experience in leading and managing production teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices is a plus.,Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Indonesian is a plus.
