As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial activities of the company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial advice. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage the payroll process, including preparing payroll schedules, calculating wages, and ensuring timely payment of employees.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement.,Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and individual income tax returns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Provide financial advice and support to senior management on financial matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian tax laws.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with budgeting and financial planning processes.
