Jaya Anggi Medical Center is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Assistant Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our medical equipment and systems. Your ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner will be crucial to the success of this position.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical manuals, user guides, and other related documents for medical equipment and systems.,Collaborate with engineers and other technical staff to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.,Assist in the development and implementation of technical training programs for medical staff.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical technology and incorporate this knowledge into documentation.,Work with the marketing team to create product brochures and other promotional materials.,Support the technical support team by providing them with accurate and up-to-date information.,Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of technical documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong command of English language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with medical terminology and medical equipment.,Experience with technical documentation tools and software, such as MadCap Flare or Adobe FrameMaker.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
