As a Business Development Manager, you'll work closely with our sales team, distributors, and veterinarians to identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and implement innovative marketing campaigns.

In this role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and relationship management. You'll use tools like Salesforce, CRM systems, and data analytics software to track performance and make data-driven decisions. With a focus on the livestock industry, you'll need a deep understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities, and the ability to tailor our solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute business development strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer relationship management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, veterinarians, and other industry professionals.
• Manage and monitor sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, leveraging digital marketing channels and traditional advertising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align strategies and achieve common goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure our business development efforts are informed and effective.
• Represent Medion Farma Jaya at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
• Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the livestock industry or a related sector.
• Strong understanding of the animal pharmaceutical industry, including regulations, trends, and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce, CRM systems, and data analytics software.
• Ability to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, as needed to support business development efforts.
• Fluency in English is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business-related travel.
