📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high-quality service and maintain a pleasant dining experience for guests.,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Experience in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
