Field Sales - Immediate

BOLT Group is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opening, so if you're ready to start right away, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to potential customers in the local market. You will work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

If you're a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we'd love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify and prospect potential customers and build relationships with them.
• Present products and services to potential customers and address their needs and concerns.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales with potential customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.
• Monitor and report sales performance to the sales manager.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events as required.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the local market and customer base.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel extensively.
