The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operation of the fleet, as well as maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations and policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs.,Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the fleet, including driver training and safety inspections.,Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, including fuel management and emissions standards.,Monitor and optimize fuel consumption and vehicle performance to ensure cost efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers, maintenance staff, and other departments to ensure smooth fleet operations.,Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on fleet performance and maintenance.,Participate in regular fleet meetings and provide updates on fleet status and performance.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus.
