In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and a passion for clear, concise communication.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness,Develop and implement technical writing standards and procedures,Assist in the creation of user manuals, installation guides, and other technical materials,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other technical writing tools,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
