Root Bold Nusantara is looking for a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory techniques and a passion for maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting a wide range of laboratory tests and analyses.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment.,Ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards.,Documenting and reporting test results accurately.,Collaborating with the team to improve laboratory processes.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new testing protocols.,Providing technical support to other departments as needed.,Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting.,Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and equipment.,Familiarity with quality control and safety protocols.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
