Seed Byte Corporindo is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Lead Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Ciputat, Banten. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for all visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.,Answer and direct inquiries from guests, both verbally and in writing, with accuracy and efficiency.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records, including check-in/check-out times, special requests, and billing information.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and resolve any guest concerns or issues.,Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing reservations, and coordinating with service providers.,Train and supervise junior receptionists to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, including supplies and equipment.,Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and guest services to provide accurate and helpful information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership position.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of guest inquiries and transactions.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, and familiar with guest management systems.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-service oriented personality with the ability to remain calm under pressure.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for business use.
