📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient food preparation.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Prepare and manage food inventory and supplies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Prepare and present daily specials and menus.,Handle food waste and disposal in an environmentally responsible manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a kitchen management role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff and operations.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Experience in a healthcare or food service environment is a plus.
