📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of commercial spaces including office buildings, retail centers, and mixed-use developments.
• Manage a team of 10-15 staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of maintenance and repair services.
• Monitor and maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Leverage SAP and Microsoft Office to streamline processes and manage data.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the commercial property sector.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar relevant certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage teams and drive operational excellence.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
