📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with the HR team to implement and update HR policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs.
• Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing HR processes and employee relations.
