📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, knowledge, and abilities required for each position.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment recommendations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate information.,Provide feedback to candidates in a timely and professional manner.,Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and social media recruitment platforms.,Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.
