📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of employees, providing leadership and support to enhance performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor branch finances, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Coordinate with the head office to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives.,Implement and monitor quality assurance programs to maintain high service standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
