📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate departments.,Check-in and check-out guests according to company policies.,Maintain accurate records of guest information and visits.,Assist with front desk operations, including mail and package handling.,Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.,Provide information about the company and its services.,Handle any emergency situations that may arise at the reception area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office equipment.,Familiarity with Indonesian language is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Willingness to work remote hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
