Smart Home Sentosa is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer transactions, providing excellent service, and ensuring a positive banking experience. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.,Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on banking products and services.,Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a customer service or banking role is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer literacy and familiarity with banking software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a customer-centric approach.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is preferred.,Willingness to work remotely and adhere to company policies.
