📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, ensuring that they are trained and performing at their best.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ensuring that we have the right ingredients and supplies on hand.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that the restaurant is profitable and meets or exceeds financial targets.,Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that our customers are happy and satisfied with their dining experience.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that the food is prepared to the highest standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management position.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and standards.,Ability to use point of sale systems and other restaurant management software.
