📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the baking industry.
  • Promote our products through various channels, including trade shows, exhibitions, and social media.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.
  • Attend and participate in team meetings and training sessions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the baking or food industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the Surabaya market and local customers is a plus.
