Quick Mart Berjaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team in Yogyakarta. As a Senior HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and disciplinary actions.,Oversee training and development programs for employees.,Manage employee benefits and ensure compliance with benefit plans.,Lead HR initiatives and projects to improve HR processes and employee satisfaction.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance to the HR team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Proven experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
