Bold Hub Sejahtera is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Learning Development professional to join our team in Blora. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in adult learning principles, curriculum development, and a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain learning materials, including e-learning modules, manuals, and workshops.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand learning requirements and design appropriate solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and make necessary adjustments.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on adult learning principles.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
