📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and recover outstanding loans for Home Credit customers in Bali.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and visits to customers to ensure timely loan repayments.
• Utilize Home Credit's collection tools and software to track and manage loan recovery efforts.
• Collaborate with the local team to develop and implement collection strategies that maximize loan recovery rates.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to help customers achieve their financial goals.
• Stay updated on regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Report on collection activities and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection, sales, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities to resolve collection issues effectively.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Home Credit's collection processes and tools is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
