📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance on injection molding machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose machine issues, and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Monitor machine performance, including cycle times, energy consumption, and output quality, and report any anomalies to the engineering team.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize production processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and implement appropriate safety measures.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of machine components to identify wear and tear, and recommend replacements or repairs as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, to enhance production processes.
• Provide technical support to the production team, including training and guidance on machine operation and maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in injection molding maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with injection molding machines, including their components, operation, and maintenance.
• Knowledge of PLC programming and basic electrical systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with quality control processes and standards, including ISO 9001, is a plus.
