📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of mining operations, including exploration, extraction, processing, and waste management
• Manage a team of engineers, geologists, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of mining projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in large-scale mining operations, with a proven track record of success
• Strong knowledge of mining regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols
• Experience with mining software, including AutoCAD, Surpac, and Vulcan
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team of professionals
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure

• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
