📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee and manage all aspects of the tin processing plant operations to ensure efficient and effective production.Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet company targets and customer requirements.Monitor and maintain production quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.Lead and supervise the plant team, providing guidance and support to achieve operational goals.Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.Manage environmental compliance, including waste management and emissions control.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to the team to foster continuous improvement.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of plant operations with overall company strategies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within the tin processing industry.Proven track record of successfully managing and leading processing plant operations.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in tin processing.Familiarity with environmental management systems and compliance requirements.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.🛠️ Keahlian
