📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Market and promote microfinance products and services to potential clients in Magelang and the surrounding areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct financial assessments and interviews to determine clients' eligibility for our products.
• Monitor loan portfolios and provide regular follow-ups to ensure clients' financial well-being.
• Collaborate with the branch team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide the best possible service to clients.
• Assist in the recruitment and training of new Account Officers to support the team's growth.
• Participate in community development initiatives to foster financial literacy and economic empowerment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, banking, or a similar field, preferably in the microfinance sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with microfinance products and services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel within Magelang and the surrounding areas.
