📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio.
• Analyze sales, customer, and product data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to provide data-driven insights.
• Create and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from various sources.
• Implement data governance and quality assurance processes to ensure data accuracy.
• Present findings to stakeholders and recommend data-driven strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in Business Intelligence.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools.
