📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and address maintenance issues.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders using software like SAP PM or similar tools.
• Oversee the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on facility maintenance procedures.
• Prepare and present reports on facility performance and maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
• Proficiency in using facilities management software such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, or similar tools.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
