📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the lifecycle management of physical assets, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Develop and implement asset management strategies to ensure optimal performance, safety, and cost efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Manage maintenance schedules and coordinate with vendors and contractors for timely and efficient repairs.
• Monitor asset performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the Facilities Management and Logistics teams to ensure seamless integration of asset management practices.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive asset management documentation, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and asset registers.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management, facilities management, or a similar role in the real estate or property sector.
• Certification in Asset Management (e.g., CAMS, ISO 55000) is a plus.
• Proficiency in asset management software, such as IBM Maximo, SAP Facilities Management, or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successful project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on key performance indicators.
